Why do we train/workout?
There are various different reason why we train or workout and why we should. Many people have different reasons to stay in shape or to get stronger or to even lose weight. What most people don't know are the benefits that actually come in staying active and in shape. Here are ten reasons why we should stay active! It improves your mood, helps you sleep better, strengthens your memory, boosts your creativity, can reduce risk of cancer, replenish your daily energy, makes you more confident, less chance of getting sick, for women it eases cramps, and you'll do better at work. This is just a small list of why we should stay active throughout our lives!
What different types of workouts are there?
There are hundreds of different workouts that many people post online or make videos for in today's world. Workouts can go from in your own home, to at a gym, in a high school or college, or even a sports complex or facility. All workouts have to deal with the four different types of fitness/ exercises. The four different types would be endurance, strength, balance, and flexibility. All of these excersises are essential for athletes and even some who want to be really fit for health reasons.
Why do some people take supplements/protein?
Supplements and protein are very beneficial to weight lifting or training. Certain supplements can produce amino acids, others can boost testosterone, and some even burn fat or fatty acids. While supplements helps you grow, protein is used to get your daily protein because not all foods give off enough protein for your daily diet. The benefits in supplements and protein and very helpful and will only improve the way in which you train and eat.
